375  Person must comply with direction  (a) the power referred to in paragraph 367(c) (direction to person to leave a biosecurity response zone) is specified in the biosecurity response zone determination; and  (b) a person is given a direction under that paragraph; and  (c) the direction is given in accordance with the biosecurity response zone determination; and  (e) the conduct contravenes the direction. Note: The physical elements of an offence against subsection (2) are set out in this subsection (see section 534). Note: A person may commit an offence or contravene a civil penalty provision for failing to comply with a direction given in relation to another power specified in a biosecurity response zone determination (see sections 317, 318, 321, 327 and 350).
