357 Circumstances in which biosecurity control order ceases to be in force (1) A biosecurity control order made under section 353 ceases to be in force if any of the following occurs: (a) the order expires; (b) the order is revoked under section 359. (2) A biosecurity control order made under section 353 ceases to be in force in relation to particular goods or premises if the goods or premises are destroyed.
