349  Contravention of requirement relating to entering or leaving etc. premises  (1) A person must comply with a requirement in a notice affixed at an entry or exit point of premises in accordance with subsection 333(5) or 334(2) if the requirement applies to the person.  (a) a notice imposing a requirement is affixed at an entry or exit point of premises under subsection 333(5) or 334(2); and  (b) the requirement applies to the person; and  (d) the conduct contravenes the requirement.
