315  Exercise of biosecurity risk assessment powers in premises  (1) A biosecurity officer or a biosecurity enforcement officer may enter any premises in Australian territory for the purpose of exercising powers in accordance with section 314.  (a) the occupier of the premises has consented to the entry and the officer has shown his or her identity card if required by the occupier; or  (b) the entry is made under a biosecurity risk assessment warrant. Note 1: For the issue of warrants, and the obligations and powers of biosecurity enforcement officers and biosecurity officers in entering premises under a warrant or with consent, see Part 3, and Division 3 of Part 4, of Chapter 9. Note 2: If the premises can be accessed only by entering other premises, an adjacent premises warrant may be needed (see Division 2 of Part 4 of Chapter 9).
