309 Simplified outline of this Part This Part deals with some matters that apply to the whole of this Chapter. This Part includes a modified definition of biosecurity risk for this Chapter, sets out the main objects of this Chapter and provides that this Chapter does not apply in relation to certain goods and conveyances. During a biosecurity emergency period, this Chapter may apply in a modified way (see Divisions 5 and 6 of Part 1 of Chapter 8).
