286  Ballast water management plan   A ballast water management plan for a vessel is a document:  (a) that deals with ballast water management for the vessel and the disposal of sediments from the vessel; and  (b) that meets the requirements prescribed by the determination under section 308A; and  (c) for which an approval:  (i) by the Director of Biosecurity, or a survey authority, is in force under section 287; or  (ii) by, or on behalf of, the vessel’s Administration is in force.
