282  Exception—taking up and discharging ballast water at same place  (a) all the ballast water discharged was taken up at a port, offshore terminal or another point; and  (b) that ballast water was not mixed with other ballast water that had not been managed for discharge in accordance with Division 3 of this Part; and  (c) the discharge occurs at the port or offshore terminal, or within 1 nautical mile of the other point, where the ballast water was taken up.
