281  Variation and revocation of exemption   The Director of Biosecurity may, at any time, vary or revoke an exemption granted under section 280, by writing given to the owner, person in charge or operator of the vessel to which the exemption relates, or to an agent of the vessel, if the Director is satisfied that:  (a) a condition of the exemption has been contravened; or  (b) the exemption would not be granted if an application for the exemption were made at that time. Note: A decision to vary or revoke an exemption is a reviewable decision (see Part 1 of Chapter 11). Division 7—Exception: taking up and discharging ballast water at same place
