227  Variation and revocation of determination etc.   If a determination is made under subsection 223(1) in relation to a landing place, the Director who made the determination may vary or revoke the determination, or vary the conditions specified in the determination (including by imposing new conditions), if the Director is satisfied that:  (a) one or more requirements prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 223(2)(a) in relation to the landing place are no longer being met; or  (b) the level of biosecurity risk associated with operations carried out at the landing place has become unacceptable; or  (c) a condition specified in the determination under section 225 has not been, or is not being, met; or  (d) the landing place is no longer required to be a first point of entry for aircraft or goods to which the determination relates; or  (e) a circumstance prescribed by the regulations has occurred.
