225  Determination may be subject to conditions  (1) A determination under subsection 223(1) in relation to a landing place may be expressed to be subject to conditions specified in the determination.  (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the conditions may relate to any of the following:  (a) an owner or lessee of the landing place;  (b) a person or body that is responsible for carrying out operations at the landing place;  (c) the operations carried out at the landing place.
