158  Application of this Division  (1) This Division applies in relation to goods (other than goods that are subject to biosecurity control) if a biosecurity officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, that the goods have been exposed to:  (a) goods that are subject to biosecurity control; or  (b) a conveyance that is subject to biosecurity control.  (2) This Division also applies in relation to goods (other than goods that are subject to biosecurity control) if a biosecurity officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, that the goods have been exposed to other exposed goods.  (3) Goods to which this Division applies are exposed goods.
