14  Meaning of biosecurity industry participant and covered by   A person who is the holder of the approval of an approved arrangement (including a person to whom an approved arrangement has been transferred in the circumstances prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of section 411):  (a) is a biosecurity industry participant; and  (b) is covered by the approved arrangement. Note: If an approved arrangement is revoked under Part 5 of Chapter 7 (approved arrangements), then, for the purposes of this Act, the arrangement ceases to be an approved arrangement and the person who held the approval of the arrangement ceases to be a biosecurity industry participant covered by the arrangement.
