133  Treatment of goods  (1) A biosecurity officer may, subject to subsection (2), require the goods to be treated in a manner specified by the biosecurity officer. Note: If the treatment might damage the goods, a person in charge of the goods must be asked to agree to the treatment (see section 134).  (2) A biosecurity officer must not require high‑value goods to be treated in a manner that the biosecurity officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, is likely to damage the goods, without the written approval of the Director of Biosecurity.
