125  Inspecting goods and taking samples  (1) A biosecurity officer may inspect the goods.  (a) take samples of the goods; or  (b) direct a person in charge of the goods to deliver to the biosecurity officer samples of such of those goods as are specified in the direction; or  (c) arrange for another person, with appropriate qualifications or expertise, to take samples of the goods.  (b) arrange for another person, with appropriate qualifications or expertise, to carry out tests on any of those samples.
