sec.56 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may prescribe procedures to introduce and process proposals for declarations under this Act. s 56 sub 1996 No. 59 s 6 (sec.56-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
