sec.33 Release of agent organisms
Subject to subsection (2) , agent organisms may be released in Queensland. Where a notice under section 27 , 28 , 29 or 32 declaring organisms to be agent organisms specifies conditions under which the organisms may be released, those organisms shall not be released otherwise than in accordance with those conditions. (sec.33-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , agent organisms may be released in Queensland. (sec.33-ssec.2) Where a notice under section 27 , 28 , 29 or 32 declaring organisms to be agent organisms specifies conditions under which the organisms may be released, those organisms shall not be released otherwise than in accordance with those conditions.
