46 Contempt of Commission
[Section 46 Subsection (1) amended by No. 43 of 1991, s. 5 and Sched. 1 ]
(1) A person shall not –
(a) obstruct or hinder a Commission or a Commissioner in the conduct of an inquiry; or
(b) disrupt a hearing before a Commission.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is punishable on summary conviction.
