[Section 4 Amended by No. 55 of 2016, s. 5, Applied:06 Dec 2016] For the purposes of this Act, organisms of a particular kind shall be taken to be controllable by biological means if, and only if, those organisms can be controlled by the release of prescribed organisms of another kind.
