48 Contempt of Commission
(1) A person shall not: (a) obstruct or hinder a Commission or a Commissioner in the conduct of an inquiry; or (b) disrupt a hearing before a Commission.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 20 penalty units, or both.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is punishable on summary conviction.
