35 Release of agent organisms
(1) Subject to subsection (2), agent organisms may be released in the Australian Capital Territory. (2) Where a notice under section 29, 30, 31 or 34 declaring organisms to be agent organisms specified conditions under which the organisms may be released, those organisms shall not be released otherwise than in accordance with those conditions.
