#### 59 Civil proceedings under former Act not affected 59 Civil proceedings under former Act not affected > > (1) The repeal of a former Act does not affect any civil proceedings that may be brought under the former Act in relation to a breach of the former Act or any instrument or agreement under a former Act that occurred before that repeal. > > > (2) The provisions of the former Act relating to civil proceedings in relation to such a breach continue to apply to those proceedings. > > > (3) This clause extends to breaches occurring after the repeal of a former Act in relation to a provision of the former Act (or of any instrument or agreement under a former Act) that is continued in force by this Regulation.
