#### 5 Existing certificate under section 95 of TSC Act as to significant effect 5 Existing certificate under section 95 of TSC Act as to significant effect > A certificate under section 95 (2) of the [Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1995-101) in force on the commencement of the new Act that certifies that a specified action is not likely to significantly affect threatened species or ecological communities (or their habitats) continues to have effect according to its tenor for the purposes of the new Act.
