> > (1) This clause applies during the period (if any) after the commencement of the Act and before the first publication of the Biodiversity Values Map under clause 7.3 of the [Biodiversity Conservation Regulation 2017](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2017-0432).

> > (2) During that period, the land referred to in clause 7.3 (3) (a)–(c) of that Regulation is taken, for the purposes of that Regulation, to have been included in a Biodiversity Values Map.
