sec.57 Entitlement to refund of betting tax
A betting operator is not entitled to a refund of an amount of betting tax paid, or purportedly paid, under this Act by the betting operator other than under— section 37 , 41 or 56 ; or the Taxation Administration Act 2001 , part 4 , division 2 .
- (a) section 37 , 41 or 56 ; or
- (b) the Taxation Administration Act 2001 , part 4 , division 2 .
