33JD Privacy of betting accounts
> > (1) A licensed betting service provider must not disclose information about a betting account except to—
> >
> > > (a) the holder of the betting account, or
> >
> > > (b) a person who is lawfully entitled to have access to the information, or
> >
> > > (c) a racing controlling body or a sports controlling body for integrity purposes, or
> >
> > > (d) a person prescribed by the regulations.

> > (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a licensed betting service provider if the [Privacy Act 1988](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth applies to the provider.
