#### 26H Minister may furnish information 26H Minister may furnish information > The Minister may, on the request of a racing controlling body, provide that body with particulars of any convictions of bookmakers under— > > > (a) this Part, > > > (b) the [Unlawful Gambling Act 1998](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1998-113), > > > (c) the [Betting Tax Act 2001](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2001-043), > > > (d) the [Taxation Administration Act 1996](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1996-097), in relation to the assessment, collection or payment of tax on bookmakers, or bookmaking tax, under the [Betting Tax Act 2001](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2001-043), > > > (e) the provisions of any Act replaced by this Part or any of those Acts. > > **s 26H:** Ins 2001 No 43, Sch 1 \[3\].
