#### 25 Conditions of authorisation 25 Conditions of authorisation > An authority to establish and conduct a betting auditorium is subject— > > > (a) to such conditions (if any) as may be prescribed by this Act or the regulations, and > > > (b) to such conditions as the Minister may impose when giving the authorisation, and > > > (c) to such other conditions as the Minister may, from time to time, impose by notice in writing given to the non-proprietary association or syndicate authorised to establish and conduct the betting auditorium.
