#### 10 Limitation on number of licences approved bodies can hold 10 Limitation on number of licences approved bodies can hold > > (1) An approved body is not entitled to hold more than one class of racecourse licence at any one time. > > > (2) However, in the case of any racecourse that is situated further than 64 kilometres from the Sydney GPO, the Minister may allow an approved body to hold more than one class of racecourse licence at any one time.
