11 Saving for undetermined applications
(1) A development application—
(a) that relates to land to which this plan applies, and
(b) that was lodged before the appointed day, but was not finally determined before that day,
is to be determined as if the plan had been exhibited but had not been made.
(2) A development application made, but not finally determined, before the commencement of State Environmental Planning Policy Amendment (Exceptions to Development Standards) 2023 must be determined as if that policy had not commenced.
