(1) This clause applies to the following land at Mascot, identified as “40” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—

(a) Lot X, DP 408199, 55 Kent Road, and

(b) Lot 2, DP 1063293, 293 Coward Street.

(2) Development for the purposes of restaurants or cafes is permitted with development consent.
