4 Constitution of the Union
[Section 4 Substituted by No. 27 of 2006, s. 7, Applied:18 Dec 2006]
(1) The Union is to have a constitution that sets out –
(a) the doctrinal beliefs of the Union; and
(b) the trusts of the Union; and
(c) the conditions on dealing with the Union Trusts.
(2) The Union may, from time to time, amend, alter, repeal or substitute the constitution in the manner set out in, and as allowed by, the constitution.
