Division 9.—Discovery and Examination under section 80. Discovery. 75.—(1.) Any party to any proceeding in Court may, with the leave of the Court, administer interrogatories to, or obtain discovery of documents from, any other party to the proceeding. (2.) Proceedings under this rule shall be regulated as nearly as may be by the Rules of the High Court for the time being in force in relation to discovery and inspection. (3.) An application for leave under this rule may be made ex parte. (4.) A copy of the interrogatories delivered by any party shall be filed in Court on the day on which they are delivered to the opposite party. Applications for discovery. 76.—(1.) Every application to the Court under section 80 of the Act shall be in writing, and shall state shortly the grounds upon which the application is made. (2.) Where the application is made on behalf of the trustee or Official Receiver, it need not be verified by affidavit.
