28Subsection 81(1)

28 Subsection 81(1) (1) Where a person (the relevant person) becomes a debtor whose property is subject to control under Division 2 of Part X, the Court or the Registrar may at any time (whether before or after control over that property has ended), on the application of: (a) a person (a creditor) who has or had a debt that would be provable if the debtor were a bankrupt; or (b) the controlling trustee; or summon the relevant person for examination in relation to the property that is subject to control under Division 2 of Part X.
