306B  Protection in respect of reports  (1) An action, suit or proceeding does not lie against the Inspector‑General, an Official Receiver, the trustee of the estate of a bankrupt or any other person in respect of a statement made in good faith in a report prepared or given to a person under subsection 12(1A) or (1B), section 189A or section 20‑25, 20‑60, 40‑60 or 70‑40 of Schedule 2.  (2) Subsection (1) shall not be taken to limit or affect any other right, privilege, immunity or defence existing apart from that subsection.
