186F  Conditions of registration—general  (1) This section applies to a person if the person is a registered debt agreement administrator.  (2) The Inspector‑General may, by written notice given to the person, impose specified conditions on the person’s registration as a debt agreement administrator.  (3) The person’s registration as a debt agreement administrator is subject to the conditions determined in an instrument under subsection (4).  (4) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine conditions for the purposes of subsection (3).
