186DRegistration as a debt agreement administrator

186D  Registration as a debt agreement administrator  (a) the Inspector‑General approves an application under section 186C; and  (b) the applicant has paid the fee determined by the Minister by legislative instrument.  (2) The Inspector‑General must register the applicant as a debt agreement administrator by entering on the National Personal Insolvency Index the details relating to the applicant that are prescribed by the regulations.  (3) After registering the applicant as a debt agreement administrator, the Inspector‑General must give the applicant a certificate of registration.
