### Trustee to give official receiver information. 139.—(1.) The trustee shall give the official receiver such information access to and facilities for inspecting the bankrupt’s books and documents and generally such aid, as is requisite for enabling the official receiver to perform his duties. (2.) The official receiver shall be entitled, from time to time, to demand from the manager of any bank or branch bank, where the trustee’s account is kept, a copy of the account; and, if any manager neglects to furnish the copy within seven days, or such further time as the Court allows after demand, he shall be guilty of a contempt of Court, and shall on the application of the official receiver be punishable accordingly.
