### Trustee’s accounts when trading. Cf. Vic., s. 122. 145.—(1.) Where the trustee carries on the bankrupt’s business, he shall keep a separate business account, and shall incorporate in the prescribed books kept by him and so as to be readily ascertainable the total weekly amounts of the receipts and payments. (2.) The business account shall from time to time as is prescribed be verified by affidavit, and the trustee shall thereupon submit the account to the Registrar or to the committee of inspection (if any) or such member thereof as is appointed by the committee for the purpose.
