### Persons deemed creditors. (j) Every person who would be entitled to prove in bankruptcy shall be deemed a creditor within the meaning of this section; and in case of any dispute as to the right of any person to be deemed a creditor, or as to the amount of his debt, or the value of his security, the Court may settle the dispute.
