### Gazette to be evidence. E.B.A., s. 137. N.S.W., s. 146. Vic., s. 42. Q., ss. 70, 186. S.A., s. 305. W.A., s. 118. 44.—(1.) A copy of the Gazette containing any notice inserted therein in pursuance of this Act shall be evidence of the facts stated in the notice. (2.) The production of a copy of the Gazette, containing the notice of a sequestration order, shall be conclusive evidence in all legal proceedings of the order having been duly made, and of its date. ###
