### Gambling or unjustifiable speculations. E.B.A., s. 157. Vic., s. 235 (5). S.A., s. 175 (ix). 214.—(1.) If a bankrupt brings about or contributes to his bankruptcy by gambling or by unjustifiable speculations unconnected with his trade or business, he shall be guilty of an offence. Penalty: One year’s imprisonment. (2.) No proceedings shall be taken under this section except by order of the Court exercising bankruptcy jurisdiction.
