### First Part. Sections 163, 192. This Deed, made the day of, 19 , in pursuance of Part XI. (or Part XII. as the case may be) of the Bankruptcy Act 1924, between of , in the State of, of the one part, and of , in the said State , of the other part: Witnesseth that the said doth hereby convey and assign all his real and personal estate except so much thereof as is retained by the debtor in pursuance of Part XI.
