### Enforcing payment of dividend. S.A., s. 296. W.A., 1898, s. 36. 186. No action for any dividend shall be brought against any trustee by any creditor; but if the trustee refuses to pay the dividend, the Court may order payment thereof with interest for the time that it has been withheld, and may also order the trustee to pay the costs of the application.
