### Certificate of resolution to be filed. S.A., s. 267. W.A., 1898, s. 9. (2.) A certificate of the resolution, in the prescribed form, signed by the chairman, shall be filed in the Court nearest to the place where the meeting is held, or in such other Court as is prescribed, and shall, in the absence of fraud, be conclusive evidence that the meeting was duly convened and held, and the resolution duly passed. (3.) Notice of the fact that a certificate has been filed under this section shall be given by advertisement in the Gazette.
