### Assent of partner or agent. (k) Any partner of a firm of creditors may sign or assent to the deed and supply the requisite statement on behalf of the firm, and any agent duly authorized may sign or assent to the deed and supply the statement on behalf of a creditor; and the partner or agent shall aver in the statement that he is the partner or agent, as the case may be.
