### Application of Part XII. 4 & 5 Geo. V., c. 47, s. 22. 207. The provisions of this Part of this Act, except section two hundred, shall not apply to a deed of arrangement made for the benefit of any three or more of the debtor’s creditors unless it is in fact for the benefit of the debtor’s creditors generally.
