### Allowance to bankrupt for maintenance or services. E.B.A., s. 58. Vic., s. 105 (2). (i) Make such allowance out of the estate as he thinks just to the bankrupt for the support of his family, or in consideration of his services if he is engaged in winding up his estate; but any such allowance may be reduced by the Court. N.S.W., s. 65. The permission given for the purposes of this section shall not be a general permission to do all or any of the above-mentioned things, but shall be a permission to do only the particular thing for which permission is sought in a specified case.
