7 Governor and Deputy Governor
The persons holding office as Governor and Deputy Governor of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia immediately before the commencing date shall, subject to the Reserve Bank Act 1959, continue to hold office, as Governor and Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia, respectively, for the remainder of their respective periods of appointment.
