The following definitions apply in this Prudential Standard:

associated entity – an associated entity within the meaning of section 50AAA of the Corporations Act 2001; and

financial institution – for the avoidance of doubt, a financial institution includes a money market corporation, finance company, friendly society and the trustee of a superannuation/pension fund, public unit trust/mutual fund or cash management trust.
