Subordinated debt
- Subordinated debt includes any facility that is expressly subordinated to another facility, or has the effect of conveying economic subordination to another facility.[10] Subordinated debt that is not required to be deducted from regulatory capital under APS 111 must be risk weighted at 150 per cent.
